I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-furnished rooms with beautiful wood furniture and a nice rooftop view of Jena. The convenient location on the top floor made it easy to access the city, and the very good continental breakfast added to the positive experience. However, the service was a letdown with rude and unhelpful staff, especially the female receptionist. The location was perfect for exploring Jena, being within walking distance of the town center and other attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable with a high-quality spread of food, and the hotel's facilities were top-notch.
